Detected role shifts
- Ty Johnson rose from 3.8 to 8.5 touches/game starting week 15 — and James Cook fell from 21.5 to 17.2 over the same stretch.
A shift is flagged when one player gained 3+ touches/game and a teammate lost 3+ across the same split week — descriptive, not causal: injuries, trades and game script all move touches.
